National Senator for La Libertad Avanza (LLA), Ezequiel Atauche, stated that the ruling majority has "ambitious legislative plans" and that the goal is to approve the 2026 Budget and the labor reform before the end of the year. "We set an ambitious goal, and before the end of the year, we want to present the 2026 Budget and the labor reform," highlighted the legislator, as reported by the Argentine News Agency. Atauche specified that the labor reform project is about to enter Congress for its treatment, although he acknowledged it is slightly behind other initiatives. "The reform package aims to modernize labor laws and is one of the central axes of President Javier Milei's policy since the beginning of his administration." Finally, the national Senator highlighted the role of Patricia Bullrich, one of the key figures in the Cabinet who is now joining the Senate and will replace him as the head of the bloc. "The final draft of the labor reform is arriving tomorrow, and from then on, we will listen to the different sectors," the Senator specified. However, he showed optimism about the underlying consensus, stating: "We all agree that a reform must be made."
